NDSU requires that all students complete a Wellness course as part of general education. HNES offers the following listed courses each semester via on site and distance learning. The distance learning courses are taught through Blackboard. Students must pay an additional course fee for the distance learning courses.
HNES 100 Concepts of Fitness and Wellness (2 credits) This course includes
both classroom and physical activity components.
