HNES academic and extension faculty and staff generated approximately $4,193,720 in funding through 35
internal and external grants and contracts. Faculty had a role in submitting eight other grants and
contracts totaling $1,604,996 that were not funded. We have one grant pending worth $630,000.
Fourteen faculty were listed as investigators on the various grants.
HNES faculty had eight refereed publications with six in press, 16 published research abstract, and two
sections in books.
